Brent Willis is Chief Executive Officer of the American Brewing Company and concurrently is the majority or minority owner of a number of private-equity backed companies.
Prior to owning his own firms, Brent was the CEO for Cott Corporation, the world’s largest retailer brand beverage company. Prior to Cott, Brent Spent 5 years as the Global CCO and a President for AB InBev, and member of the Board of Directors for AmBev. At AB InBev, he developed and implemented the strategy that led to creation of the world’s largest beer company, completed numerous acquisitions, and launched Stella Artois and numerous other brands around the world. Prior to AB InBev, Brent was a President at The Coca-Cola Company in Latin America, where led his Division to the #2 ranking worldwide of all Coca-Cola Company operating units. Brent started his business career with Kraft Heinz and spent 9 years with the firm where he managed a number of Kraft’s leading brands, led numerous acquisitions worldwide, and launched the Kraft Brand in China.
Mr. Willis began his career in the United States Army as a 2nd Lieutenant and served in various Combat Arms leadership capacities in the 1st Cavalry Division and other military units. He received numerous awards and military decorations and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain.
He received his BSc. Degree in Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point and a Masters Degree in Business from the University of Chicago.
Frank Commanday is the Head Brewmaster and Chief Technical Officer of búcha® Live Kombucha.
He has been the in charge of all technical operations, research and development, and brewing since the Company’s inception in 2009. He is the key architect of the unique búcha® Live Kombucha formulas and consumer leading taste profiles.
Mr. Commanday has over 25 years of practical brewing experience playing a critical role in the success and development of two of Oregon’s first microbreweries. Prior to búcha,® Mr. Commanday was the Technical Director of start-up company, Golden Star Tea Company where he was able to transfer much of his brewing expertise to the Tea Category. Prior to this, he was the Master Brewer at E&O Trading Company, a San Francisco brewing and restaurant operation.
Since the early ‘80’s, Frank worked in technical, brewing, research and development and quality leadership capacities at Widmer Brothers Brewing Co, Sierra Nevada Brewing Company, and The Portland Brewing Company.
Mr. Commanday received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from University of California, Santa Cruz and a Masters of Arts in Microbiology from University of California, Davis.
Neil Fallon is the Executive Chairman of American Brewing Company, and the Founder of American Brewing, a leading and award winning craft brewer, based in Edmonds, Washington.
Mr. Fallon previously owned his own residential real estate developing company, where he architected and built hundreds of developments and homes throughout California and Washington State. His companies averaged nearly $8,000,000 in annual revenues and employed hundreds of contractors and sub-contractors. Before moving to Washington, Mr. Fallon was a Business Development Manager at Netbrowser, a technology company focused on web-based facilities management. At Netbrowser, he operated throughout the United States and Europe securing strategic alliances, establishing new channels and installations, and improving the Company’s current systems.
Mr. Fallon received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Western Washington University.
