Augie O’Hern is a junior at Palos Verdes High School in California. He is a member or the National Honor Society, California Scholarship Federation and has a 4.85 GPA. He is an Associated Student Body officer and is the Founder and President of the Toberman Tutoring Club which helps underprivileged children in Los Angeles. He is a mid-fielder on the Palos Verdes High School varsity lacrosse team, currently ranked number 3 in the state of California. Augie is also a lifeguard and a SWI certified swim instructor (for Augie’s detailed resume click – here -).
Augie joined búcha’s Youth Advisory Board in 2010 when the company was in its infancy. In addition to advising the company as it has evolved and expanded over the past few years, Augie has been involved in the company’s Product Development as an member of the Taste Test Panel, helping the company refine its flavor offerings in its pre-launch period. As an active athlete with a discerning pallet, Augie is a believer in the benefits of good tasting kombucha.
